We went around and around, but they would not budge off what they were willing to pay me. Obviously a very stressful situation and process. After speaking with Jim, he felt confident he could get me more through the appraisal clause process. His professionalism and knowledge set me at ease. Within less than a week he had negotiated an agreement that paid me WAY more than the insurance company initially wanted to give me. I can't speak highly enough of Jim and the results that he produced for me!

Omaropen_in_new1 review • 0 photos5 star 2 weeks ago NewJim did a great job on my case my insurance company refused to be reasonable or negotiate at all after giving me a lowball payout offer on my Tesla but he was able to get me a significant increase after only a couple days and his fee was very reasonable in my opinion I would definitely use him again.

Jeff Baueropen_in_new9 reviews • 1 photo5 star 5 weeks agoIf you need licensed appraiser Jim is your guy. He is knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to fight big insurance. My car was totaled out and the drive at fault was under insured. I had to go through my insurance and they were less than reasonable with the settlement. If you don't want to accept a settlement from your insurance company you have the right to get a private appraisal and your insurance company has to do the same. I hired Jim to appraisal my vehicle and his appraisal significantly got me a lot more than the insurance company wanted to pay. I am grateful for Jim's help.

I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable, and one of the best appraisers that I have ever encountered in my 45 years in the car business. His documentation was very impressive and exceptionally professional. I would recommend Jim to anyone who needs any type of appraisal. He is the best.

After my car was declared a total loss, my insurance company provided a payout offer that simply wasn’t enough to replace my vehicle with a comparable one. Feeling frustrated, I contacted Jim for help.
From the very beginning, Jim was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about my situation. He reviewed my claim, spoke directly with the insurance company, and successfully negotiated a significantly higher settlement on my behalf.
Because of Jim’s expertise and persistence, I now have enough money to comfortably replace my vehicle. He saved me a tremendous amount of stress and made a huge difference in the outcome of my claim.

So I searched and found “classics car insurance appraisals”, gave them a call and they took care of everything. Got the insurance company pay what my car was worth which was $11,000! Best experience I had with them. Definitely recommend.

He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable right off the bat.I scheduled him to come to my house for an appraisal and Jim showed up on time and he spent a considerable amount of time evaluating and inspecting my car, also asking all the right questions.Within one week I received a professional/detailed appraisal for my car.Jim was a pleasure to meet and deal with, I would highly recommend him.

My insurance was valuing my car as a base model car compared to a nismo trim which was a big difference. I called Jim and explained the situation and he ran the numbers and we fought the case. This was my first experience in this situation and was nervous. Jim answered all my calls and emails and we won the case. I was awarded much more then if I had settled with the original amount. This case was unique and took time as this was a special car. I would highly recommend Jim!

Jim was very professional, and took the time to do the research on my Rare Spec BMW 335i to give me a realistic expectation of the vaule he could get for my vehicle. While other Appraisers I reached out to didn't believe I could get more then what insurance was originally offering. Not only was able get me more then the insurance was offering, he was able to get more then his original valuation. I was very happy with my experience and will back for any future Appraisals.

My goal was to assure both vehicles are adequately insured by my insurance policy.I found "Classic Car Appraisals" on a Google search and called him the next day.Jim answered the phone immediately and made an appointment to come by and see our cars within a few days. He is excellent at communicating with his clients and kept me informed throughout the exchange.I have to say how refreshing it was to deal with a company that answers their phone and are then able to schedule and accommodate a client without the back and forth of voicemail and phone tag.Jim's education and experience in the automotive appraisal field is second to none. He was able to research both of our vehicles and develop an accurate value for our cars. He was able to secure an additional $2700 over what they offered me even after I went through several rounds of negotiations myself. He was also prompt and professional in his communications with me and my insurance company. Don't just settle, use Jim to get what's fair for a fair price as well.

He provided a detailed appraisal with market comparable cars and even different prices based on what kind of work I might do it vs selling it as is. You can tell he clearly knows and loves cars. Highly recommended if you need an appraisal!
